The conference organizer has partnered with nine hotels (including La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, the Conference Venue) and two guest houses to see to your accommodation needs during the Conference. The lodging facilities are strategically located with convenient access to the Conference Venue. Four of the hotels are high-end.
La Palm Royal Beach Hotel provides 100 rooms. The four other hotels, excluding the four high-end ones, in total provide 170 rooms. The two guest houses provide 87 rooms in total.
The rates of the hotels and guest houses, excluding the four high-end ones, range from 70 US dollars to 140 US dollars depending on hotel / guest house and room type.
Participants to the Conference are advised to make direct email reservations with the list of recommended hotels and guest houses..
